9. Income Taxes During 2013, we determined that a full valuation allowance against our deferred tax assets was necessary due to the cumulative loss incurred over the three-year period ended December 31, 2013. Since that time, we have continued to provide a full valuation allowance against deferred tax assets. As income is generated in future periods, the Company expects to reverse the valuation allowance as utilization of the deferred tax assets occurs. As of September 30, 2015, our gross net operating losses were $86.8 million and $39.6 million for federal and state, respectively. |
