7. Share-Based Payments During the first three months of 2016 and 2015, we extended the term of certain options granted under our 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan to members of our executive team for an additional three months, and recognized $40,000 and $50,000 of associated stock compensation expense. Total share-based compensation expense is reported in corporate, general and administration expenses on our condensed consolidated statements of operations. |
